Skin under forty rarely gets a quiet life. It copes with make-up, sunscreen, serums bought on the strength of a video, and the odd night when the cleanse never happened, and it is still expected to look fresh by nine in the morning.
A simple base
Our unscented range is made to sit underneath all of that rather than compete with it. There is no added fragrance, no essential oils and no preservatives, so there is very little in it to clash with the products you already love.
A foundation for your foundation
Think of it as the layer that goes on first, softening and smoothing your skin so the rest of your routine has a comfortable place to land. Cleanse, add a few drops of serum or a little balm where you need it, and then carry on with whatever else you like. For the days you are on the move, the travel tin goes wherever you do.

Every product in this range is unscented and made from a short list of ingredients you can read and recognise, because skin that is already dealing with plenty does better with less.
No fragrance, no essential oils
Nothing here is scented, and none of it contains essential oils, so there is nothing to compete with your perfume, your favourite foundation or anything else on your shelf.
No preservatives
The balms, serums and body butter are made without water, so they do not need preservatives, and the cleanser and soap are made with fresh goats milk and simple oils, with nothing synthetic added.
Made on our farm
Fresh goats milk from our own herd in the cleanser and soap, beeswax from Brad’s hives in the balms and body butter, and chickweed grown here in the CHACHI balm. Small batches, made by hand.
Simple does not have to mean expensive
It is easy to spend a small fortune on skincare under forty, and plenty of people do. You do not have to.
A cleanser, a serum and a balm used regularly will do more for your skin than a bathroom cabinet full of half-used jars, and none of it needs a dozen steps.
Because we sell direct from the farm, with no middlemen, our range costs considerably less than most natural skincare, and you are paying for what is in the product rather than the packaging around it.

Foaming facial cleanser
An unscented, creamy foam made with our own fresh goats milk, olive, coconut and sunflower oils, with no synthetic foamers, thickeners or preservatives. It cleans without leaving skin feeling tight, and a small amount goes a long way.
Emollient Botannica serum (Pure)
A silky, fast-absorbing plant oil serum made with jojoba, apricot kernel, almond, olive and coconut oils. It soaks in quickly without feeling heavy or greasy, and it can be left on or used as a cleansing oil.
Whipped body butter (Pure)
A rich, silky body butter made with mango, cocoa and shea butters and beeswax, with no essential oils. It melts in quickly without feeling greasy and leaves skin soft and smooth.
LOSALI beeswax balm
A fragrance free balm made with jojoba and sunflower oils, shea butter, beeswax and vitamin E, and without coconut, almond or olive oil. It is small enough for your bag and good for lips, elbows and any dry patch.
CHACHI chamomile and chickweed balm
A mild balm infused with chamomile and chickweed, made with coconut, olive and grapeseed oils, beeswax and vitamin E, with no essential oils and no preservatives.
Smudge Solo travel tin (Pure)
A large, unscented goats milk soap bar in an aluminium travel tin with a mesh bag, made with fresh goats milk, olive and coconut oils. One bar works as a shampoo and a body bar, so it covers you from head to toe in the gym bag or the backpack.
Why we call it SLOW skincare
You cannot hurry a goat, an olive or a herb garden. The pace is in the ingredients, and in the way we make it.
Goats run the farm
Our kids are dam raised so mum has to wean her kids before we can start milking. Our milk follows the rhythm of the farm, and our farm follows the rhythm of the goats.
Olives, once a year
The olives are harvested once a year, so the olive oil in our serums and balms comes from a single season of growing and waiting.
Herbs, grown here
The herbs we infuse are grown on the farm, picked when they are ready and made in small batches, so what reaches you is fresh.
Used by real people, in real homes
Our products do not live only on bathroom shelves. They turn up in handbags, kitchen drawers, nappy bags and gardening sheds, and they get used by the whole family.
It has a silky soft texture and leaves my hands and face feeling amazing after washing.

I ordered unscented goat milk soaps and havebeen using them for several weeks. The soap smells so good and son loves it immediately. I used to have dry hands with hand wash from supermarkets but don't feel dry at all with the milk soap. I also use the soap to wash face in the evening which reduces sebum without drying out my skin. The lip balm included in the parcel is so nourishing and moisturising. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for genuine goat milk soaps. I also ordered a solid perfume which I haven't used yet but smells wonderful.
We have been using this soap for years. It leaves your skin lovely and soft and it doesn't dry your skin out. I have family members who suffer from eczema and the goat soap really helps with this. It is an amazing product.

Ive been using Caths product for years especially her goats milk soap.
Im in my mid 50's and like most men around this age the body start to ache especially around the joints either arthritis or inflammation.I mentioned this to Cath and she put me onto her CCC BALM and this product has literally changed my life.I play basketball and have trouble with my knees aching half way thru a pickup game but one application of the CCC BALM before and after the game with no pain!
