Collection: Over 60?

What changes after sixty

Skin with a few stories to tell

By our sixties, our skin has done a lot of living, with decades of sun, wind, washing up and gardening behind us. It is crying out for a little more care.

Rich and simple works best

Thinner, drier skin does best with rich, well-balanced oils with beeswax to hold the moisture in.  (I made the OCOBECO balm after softening an old, cracked leather bridle with a leather balm that contained beeswax.)

Do not forget your hands

Most of us look after our faces and then forget our hands, which have done more work than any other part of our body.  Don't let age spots whisper your age.

Three hero ingredients

Every product, from the cleanser to the balm, is built on three simple things, because skin that is drier and thinner does better with less.

Fresh goats milk

Milked on our farm and the first ingredient in our soaps and cleansers. It is a mild, creamy base that leaves skin feeling soft rather than tight, and we know every goat it came from.

Local olive oil

From olives harvested once a year in the Margaret River Region. Rich in natural fats your skin recognises is why it sits so well in a balm or a serum for drier skin.

Beeswax from Brad’s hives

Harvested from our own hives with the honey. Beeswax helps seal in the moisture and prevents dehydration from evaporation. No water, no preservatives.

Simple does not have to mean expensive

Skincare does not need twelve steps, lots of chemicals, or lots of money.

Three products, used regularly, will do more for drier skin than a bathroom cabinet full of half-used jars.

Because we sell direct from the farm, our range costs considerably less than most natural skincare.  You only pay for what's in the product, rather than fancy packaging around it.

Why we call it SLOW skincare

You cannot hurry a goat, an olive or a herb garden. The pace is in the ingredients, and in the way we make it.

Goats run the farm

Our kids are dam raised so mum has to wean her kids before we can start milking. Our milk follows the rhythm of the farm, and our farm follows the rhythm of the goats.

Olives, once a year

The olives are harvested once a year, so the oil in your balm comes from a single season of growing and waiting.

Herbs grown here

The herbs we infuse are grown on the farm, picked when they are ready and used in small batches which are fresh when they reach you.

Used by real people, in real homes

Our products do not live only on bathroom shelves. They turn up in handbags, kitchen drawers, nappy bags and gardening sheds, and they get used by the whole family.

I absolutely love the handwash, it is also great for my little grandies, it lasts for ages.

S.C. on the handwash.

My hands feel much smoother, it feels so rich going on, and I love the scent.

C.M. on the CCC balm

I’ve been using this for several years and am very happy with it, I also use the lip balm, which is excellent..

Deb, on the OCOBECO balm

Everything we sell comes from a working farm, not a factory.

It is made by hand, in small batches, by the same person who milks the goats.

From our farm to your door.
